Returns & replacement policy is only applicable if the received items are either damaged or wrongly delivered.

Claims must be raised within 12 hours of delivery date via call, i.e. +92 21 111-654842. Any claim raised after 12 hours of the delivery date will not be accepted.

Claimed item must not be unsealed / opened / used and should stay in its original packaging & condition.
