The package is sold by weight although the contents may not be filled to the top due to settling during transit or other technical reasons.

Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.

We have made every effort to display product colours and images accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit sales, quantities, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

All products sold are cosmetic products either for women and men both, or only men or only women. We do not guarantee that products will meet individual expectations or suit every user.

Customers are advised to review ingredients and conduct a patch test before full use and are also advised to check expiry and read instructions carefully before using the products.

Products are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a doctor if you have known sensitivities.

Our products are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

We may limit or cancel quantities per order, per person, or per household. Orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors may be restricted.

SECTION 21 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If a product is delivered damaged, defective or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email/phone] with your order number and photographs.

Upon verification, we will, at our discretion:

·       replace the product, or

·       issue a refund to the original payment method.

Products are not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind or personal preference and any eligible return must be made within 5 days of delivery. Products that have been substantially used, worn or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund. For detailed information please refer to our shipping and return policy.

SECTION 22 – ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order by emailing us at customer@olivia.com.pk or before the order has been processed.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or if the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
